The Family Contact Worker is responsible for supervising the contact between parents and their children who are in out of home placement. Also promotes healthy positive family interactions through sight/sound observations and monitoring, as well as enforcing visitation guidelines. The Family Contact Worker are responsible for appropriate documentation and is accountable to ensure that progress notes meet standards as specified in grants and contacts, applicable professional statutes and regulations, KIT policies and procedures and professional ethics.

In addition to social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, teachers also prepare children for a successful transition into the public school system.

The ISP is accountable to insure that their progress notes meet standards as specified in grants and contracts, applicable professional statutes and regulations, KIT polices and procedures and professional ethics and responsible for maintaining an on-going positive relationship with schools and other agencies within the Kenaitze Indian Tribe's service delivery system
